RUBBER SCREENS
ASI provide rubber and polyurethane screening media, ASI use the highest grade of rubber specifically designed to be abrasion resistant and durable in the harshest environments

With rubber thickness ranging from 3mm - 25mm and hole size ranging from 3mm - 70mm, square or round as well as elongated slotted hole dies
ASI Screen clamp bumper are designed to help prevent wear to existing side tensioning clamps as well as the fastening bolts.
The life of any screening media all depends on its positioning and how its fixed to the screener itself.Â
If your side tension clamps, or the head of the fastening bolts get worn away prematurely, this can result in the screening media being ripped or destroyed.
